My name is Ann Marie Terry Holmes, but my patients and friends call me Annie. I am a breast cancer survivor. When I was diagnosed in 2019, shortly after my 45th birthday, I faced my treatment with determination, but I also quickly realized something important was missing: support that truly addressed the whole person. I saw firsthand how education and access to complementary care -- like nutrition guidance, massage therapy, and acupuncture -- can make a real difference in healing and long-term well-being.
Transforming her experience into purpose, Annie founded Annie’s Breast Cancer Foundation, driven by the belief that no one should navigate breast cancer without compassionate, whole-person support. The organization provides free access to complementary services, education, and resources that empower individuals to heal physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Annie’s commitment to caring for others began long before her diagnosis. After graduating from the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado in 1998, she built a respected career and became a member in good standing with the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. She has decades of experience and advanced training in lymphatic drainage, post-operative care, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, scar tissue mobilization, and pain management. As both a practitioner and survivor, Annie understands firsthand the profound power of therapeutic touch to restore comfort, dignity, and hope during some of life’s most challenging moments.
Today, Annie leads with both professional expertise and personal insight, working to expand access to integrative care and ensure that no one feels alone on their cancer journey. Her mission is rooted in compassion, guided by experience, and driven by a deep commitment to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
I have been practicing acupuncture and treating patients for nearly 30 years, working closely with individuals facing complex oncology-related challenges, including breast cancer. Again and again, I witnessed patients struggling through treatment without being informed about supportive, complementary therapies that could ease their pain, anxiety, and recovery. Annie’s Breast Cancer Foundation was created to change that reality—ensuring breast cancer patients have access to education and integrative care that supports the whole person during treatment and healing.

Dr. Murray brings decades of hands-on clinical experience and leadership to Annie’s Breast Cancer Foundation. His background includes advanced training in Beijing and founding Whole Health Centers, a multi-modality healthcare clinic focused on integrative care. He is also the founder and CEO of Health Naturally, a company dedicated to creating plant-based medicinal botanicals that support healing and wellness.
Through Annie’s Breast Cancer Foundation, Paul is committed to helping patients manage pain, anxiety, scar tissue, adhesions, sleep disturbances, emotional stress, and other debilitating side effects of cancer and its treatment. The Foundation’s work is focused on improving quality of life at a time when patients are often overwhelmed, vulnerable, and underserved.
Your support makes this mission possible. Donations directly expand access to education and complementary therapies that empower breast cancer patients to heal with dignity, comfort, and hope. By giving to Annie’s Breast Cancer Foundation, you are helping ensure that no patient has to navigate cancer treatment without compassionate, integrative support. Together, we can change how breast cancer care is experienced—one patient at a time.
